Job Description The High Consequence Missions (HCM) Finance Team is seeking a highly motivated Program Controls Lead to join the Cybersecurity and Special Missions (CSM) Mission Area of Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) division. This person will be the lead business analyst on a large and complex cost type program located in Augusta, GA . This position requires proactive leadership and significant interaction with Program Directors, Program Managers, and customer representatives from finance and contracts teams to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating and financial objectives. Specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the following: Provide lead finance support to successfully satisfy programmatic and financial organization objectives. Ensure program costs are collected correctly by maintaining active charge numbers, monitoring actual charges, and processing transfers when appropriate. Measure performance against established budgets and analyze variances. Monitor funding status providing reliable and timely notification of funding status with line item detail. Prepare financial Contract Data Requirements (CDRL) for programs. Ensure contractual requirements are met and Customer financial deliverables are accurate and on time. Review and approve invoices for submission to customer. Monitor billing status and unbilled issues, work to resolve issues in a timely manner. Carefully monitor program revenue and profit recognition to minimize risk to the entire organization. Analyze revenue and profit risks and opportunities on an ongoing basis. Lead the effort to complete quarterly Estimate-At-Complete for assigned programs. Support audits of financial information by internal and external auditors. Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis and reporting as requested by management and others. Lead the monthly closing process, provide variance analysis and work within the business and with CSM Finance Team. Required Skills 8+ years of related finance experience in Program Control, EVMS, Accounting, FP&A or Pricing Understanding of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations Demonstrated ability to lead and influence senior leaders and team members Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and lead teams to success Prior Finance leadership experience, proven experience effectively leading/managing/developing teams Experience with numerous contract types (CPFF, CPAF, FFP LOE, T&M) Demonstrated experience with SAP accounting system tools Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Self-starting, motivated individual with excellent written and oral communication skills Complex analytical and problem solving skills Proficient using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) Must hold active Secret clearance with TS/SCI strongly preferred Desired Skills Strong financial/business acumen including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) theories and processes Experience with RTN Gate 4, 5 and 11 Processes Experience with RTN Cost Proposal Processes Required Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
