The person we seek will be responsible for developing strategic plans and initiatives to help grow our cyber security business area. Key responsibilities include architecture support for active business development captures, creation of strategic market area roadmaps, development and execution of senior client contact plans, and the production and presentation of key position briefings to senior business unit leadership. This may also include providing direct subject matter expertise to ongoing, client-funded programs in the areas of cyber operations doctrine, CONOPs, strategic plans, policy, authorities, statutes and / or operational relationships within the greater cyberspace operations community.


It is required that the Director, Strategic Cyber Operations Plans and Programming has the following qualifications:

  • At least 15+ years’ work experience (within the past 5 years) providing subject matter expertise in operational planning in support of military organizations and COCOMs future and long-term planning efforts.

  • Knowledge of doctrine, policy, and operational relationships within the cyberspace operations community.

  • Master’s Degree in a related field such as National Security, cybersecurity, IT, or computer science.

  • Experience briefing and conducting presentations for senior Military and Government officials (equivalent to General Flag Officer/Flag Officer and Senior Executive Service personnel).

  • Project management experience (e.g., responsible for handling project scope, cost, resources, risk, and schedule).
