We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual with sales and excellent communications skills to join one of the fastest growing franchise companies. Minimum required skills include business to business sales experience, a valid driver's license, strong character and a strong and honest work ethic, industry experience highly desired. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for pro-actively (daily) prospecting new accounts and establishing, maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company

  • Outside B2B sales generation and will be accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals for the company

  • Marketing activities of the Franchisee are designed to help you achieve these revenue goals

  • Supporting the company mission as well as creating/selling our added value to our clients

  • Will maintain regular contact with current and prospective customers. This is a key position to influence high levels of customer satisfaction, resulting in referral opportunities and developing long term relationships that result in sales. This position requires tact, sensitivity, professionalism and hard work to be successful.

  • Maintain personal productivity and quality standards which results in excellent service to our customers.

  • Communicate effectively with the owner and the technicians, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and client objectives are met

  • Collect quote data, phone in quote requests, present and follow up on all quotes

  • Follow sales systems and salesforce procedures outlined in your sales training and job description

  • Participate as a key team player by supporting the Franchisee as needed

  • Prepare daily call planning, research prospects and address all follow up activities needed

  • Identify prospects, customers, and referral sources and develop/maintain relationships to ensure attainment of sales goals

  • Support efforts to consistently grow the base of referral sources

  • Actively manage short and long term leads from external referral sources to qualify prospects and advance them through the sales process

  • Manage marketing data using applicable sales management systems or tools (e.g., database and time management systems) to maximize efficiency and analyze marketing activity on a weekly basis

  • Effectively present and discuss the services of the company, soliciting only those desired services provided by the company, to current and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs

  • Conduct on-site and community-based presentations, seminars and education that promote the image of our company as a leader in refrigerant recovery services

  • Perform market assessments, competitor analyses and pricing strategies

  • Draw conclusions from data on the competitive environment and provide advice to the owner

  • Develop a call schedule to adequately cover territory and provide reports and data on results

  • Investigates and resolves customer's problems

  • Understand and comply with the sales systems and process in place


  • College Degree preferred but not mandatory

  • Industry experience strongly desired

  • Basic computer skills needed: Internet searches, Salesforce database, MS Word, Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and good math skills

  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills and a sales aptitude

  • Ability to identify and meet customers' needs and requirements

  • Must be a self-starter and a problem solver

  • Must possess a valid state motor vehicle operator's license, vehicle will be provided

Working Conditions:

  • Variable work environment: Work is conducted both indoors and out with varying conditions

  • Several hours per day may be spent operating a motor vehicle

  • Appearance at all times must represent the company image

  • Exposure to the environments of customer facilities and job sites

  • Fast-paced environment: subject to numerous schedule and priority changes and short notice activity

  • May be required to perform recovery operations as needed, at a job site or at a customer location

  • May be required to lift 60 to 100 lb. refrigerant cylinders depending on sales call or job site scenarios on a frequent basis, up to 350 lbs on an infrequent basis

  • All candidates must be able to perform the physical lifting requirements noted, as well as be able to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, walk, push, pull and lift
