Position Description

**This is an advanced requisition for multiple open positions, shifts and hours. Please indicate on your application if you successfully graduated high school or equivalent. Provides hospitality services to patients for meal selection, tray build, tray delivery and pickup and ensures a high level of patient satisfaction with all aspects of the patient meal services and formula room tasks. Utilizes excellent communication skills with patients, nursing units and others. Responsible for high standards of personal cleanliness. Maintains accurate records for patient food service. Assists in quality monitoring to assure excellence in patient food service. Serves as a team player with registered dietitians, production staff, and nursing staff to anticipate and fulfill patient food service/nutritional needs. Utilizes GR Health Customer Service Standards with all customers and hospital staff. Utilizes the EFY "Expressly For You" Script when passing and retrieving patient trays. Demonstrates above average competence and excellent customer relations in all aspects of job functions.

Position Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or one year continuous equivalent experience in similar work setting. Must be able to read and write and comprehend written and oral instructions.

Preferred Requirements

1 year experience in commerical, industrial and healthcare services in the food industry.
